2. Processing Time:
   All orders are processed within 3–6 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom orders may take longer.
3. Shipping:
   We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services. Once an item is shipped, tracking information will be provided.
4. Returns & Refunds:
   Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Returns must be authorized through email or WhatsApp before sending any item back.
5. Custom Orders:
   All custom or personalized items are final sale and non-refundable.
